Mark Yeager, J.D.
Description Mark A. Yeager has been the Company?s Vice Chairman since November 2008, has served as President since January 2005 and has been the Chief Operating Officer and a director since May 2004. From July 1999 through December 2004, Mr. Yeager was President-Field Operations. From November 1997 through June 1999 Mr. Yeager was Division President, Secretary and General Counsel. From March 1995 to November 1997, Mr. Yeager was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. From May 1992 to March 1995, Mr. Yeager served as the Company?s Vice President-Quality. Prior to joining the Company in 1992, Mr. Yeager was an associate at the law firm of Grippo & Elden from January 1991 through May 1992 and an associate at the law firm of Sidley & Austin from May 1989 through January 1991. Mr. Yeager received a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1986. Mr. Yeager is the brother of David P. Yeager.
