Description Ms. Everton has been President of Marsha Everton LLC, a York, Pennsylvania-based consulting firm, since September 2006. She was President of The Pfaltzgraff Co., a casual dinnerware manufacturer, from its acquisition by Lifetime Brands, Inc., a multi-channel retail company, in July 2005 to August 2006, and was President and Chief Executive Officer of The Pfaltzgraff Co. from January 2002 until its acquisition by Lifetime Brands. Ms. Everton was Vice President of The Pfaltzgraff Co. for more than ten years prior. Ms. Everton is also a director of the National Retail Federation Foundation and holds a Certificate of Director Education from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
