Marshall Sterman
Description Marshall Sterman has served as the President and a member of the Board of Directors of our Company since August 25, 2006, at which time it was a wholly owned subsidiary of Bellacasa. Mr. Sterman has continued as President and Director of Aquamer since it became an independent public company by virtue of the spin-off by Bellacasa to its shareholders on March 5, 2007. Since 1986, Mr. Sterman has been the President of The Mayflower Group, LTD., a merchant banking firm. Mr. Sterman also is a member of the Board of Directors of Andover Medical, Inc., and serves as Chairman of WiFiMed Holdings Company, Inc. (formerly Bellacasa) and Chairman of Medical Solutions Management, Inc. Mr. Sterman was granted a B.A. from Brandeis University and MBA from Harvard University.
