Martha A.M. Morfitt
Description Ms. Morfitt, 52, is Chief Executive Officer of Airborne, Inc., a manufacturer of dietary supplements. She assumed this position in October 2009. Ms. Morfitt is also President and Chief Executive Officer of River Rock Partners, Inc., a business and cultural transformation consulting firm. She assumed this position in 2008. Ms. Morfitt formerly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CNS, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of consumer products. She held this position from 2001 through March 2007. Ms. Morfitt left her position at CNS, Inc. effective March 2007 as a result of the acquisition of CNS, Inc. by GlaxoSmithKline plc in December 2006. Ms. Morfitt has been a director of Graco since October 1995 and is also a director of Solta Medical, Inc. f/k/a Thermage, Inc., Life Time Fitness, Inc. and lululemon athletica inc. From 1998 until 2007, she served as director of CNS, Inc. and from 2005 until 2006, she served as a director of Intrawest Corporation.
