Martha Hesse
Description Martha O. Hesse was elected as Chairman of the Board in May 2007 and as a director of the General Partner and Enbridge Management in March 2003 and serves as a member of the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee. Ms. Hesse was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hesse Gas Company from 1990 through 2003. She served as Chairman of the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission from 1986 to 1989. Ms. Hesse also served as Senior Vice President, First Chicago Corporation and Assistant Secretary for Management and Administration, U.S. Department of Energy.
