Description Martin I. Cole, 52, became our group chief executive - Communications & High Tech operating group in September 2006, after serving as our group chief executive - Public Service operating group from September 2004 to September 2006. From September 2000 to August 2004, he served in leadership roles in our outsourcing group, including serving as global managing partner of our Outsourcing & Infrastructure Delivery group.
