Description Martin Egan, age 41, has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both the Company and the Bank since 1999. From 1994 through 1999, he was controller of Jefferson Bank of New Jersey and, from 1997, Vice President and Controller of Jefferson Bank. From 1992 to 1994, he was a senior accountant at Hitech Communications, Inc., a telecommunications company. Martin Egan, the Company's previous Chief Financial Officer, has been named Chief Accounting Officer of the Company and will remain as its Senior Vice President.
