Martin Fischer
Description Mr. Fischer was elected a director on December 6, 2006. Mr. Fischer has been the President and Chief Executive of Mount Carmel Cemetery Association, a New York State not-for-profit corporation, since April 2001. Mr. Fischer was counsel to Warshaw, Burstein, Cohen, Schlesinger and Kuh, a New York City law firm, from 1987 until 2001 and served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Kinney System, Inc. and The Katz Parking System, Inc. from 1981 to 1986.
