Martin Keating
Description Martin Keating has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since 1998. Previously, Mr. Keating organized and managed private placement limited partnerships, ranging from real estate development to motion picture financing. Mr. Keating was also general counsel and director of investor relations for CIS Technologies, then a NASDAQ company. Mr. Keating is an attorney licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas. On August 11, 2010, the Board of Directors of 3DIcon Corporation approved the appointment of Martin Keating, the Company?s current Chief Executive Officer, as Interim President, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Interim Treasurer effective August 2, 2010.
