Martin Loeffler
Description Mr. Loeffler, age 65, has been a Director since December 1987, and an employee of the Company for approximately 37 years. He has been Chairman of the Board of the Company since May 1997 and Executive Chairman of the Company since January 2009. Mr. Loeffler was Chief Executive Officer of the Company from May 1996 to December 2008 and was President of the Company from 1987 to December 2007. Prior to assuming the role as President, he oversaw the Company's international operations, and prior to that served in general management and operations roles in several European countries.
