Martin Miller
Description Martin Miller has served as a director of the Company since July 1991. Since July 1999, Mr. Miller has served as the President of The Terbell Group, Inc., a consulting company. From October 1997 to April 2003, Mr. Miller was a partner in the Belvedere Fund, L.P., a fund of hedge funds. Mr. Miller?s many years of experience in the apparel retailing business in general, and as a director of our Company in particular, led the Nominating and Governance Committee to conclude that he should continue to serve as a director of the Company as of the date of this Proxy Statement.
