Martin Rosendale
Description Martin P. Rosendale has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Director since July 1, 2008. Prior to that, in March 2008, he was appointed as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. From January 2005 to March 2008, Mr. Rosendale held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Core Dynamics, Inc., a Rockville, MD biotechnology startup company using cryopreservation technology developed in Israel. From March 2001 to December 2004, Mr. Rosendale held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of ZLB Bioplasma, Inc., a Glendale, CA biologics company, as well as other positions at various biotechnology companies.
