Description Martin A. Thomson was our Chief Executive Officer until his retirement from that position in May 2008. From 2001 until 2006, he was also our President. Upon his retirement as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Thomson was appointed Chairman of the Board. Mr. Thomson previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Presque Isle Electric and Gas Cooperative, Inc., Onaway, Michigan.
