Marvin Kaiser
Description Mr. Kaiser was the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of The Doe Run Company, an international natural resource company focused on the mining, smelting, recycling and fabrication of metals, from December 1993 to February 2006. Prior thereto, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Amax Gold Inc., an NYSE listed company, from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Kaiser currently serves as a director of Gryphon Gold Corporation, Uranium Resources Corporation and El Capitan Precious Metals. Mr. Kaiser earned a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, in 1963 from Southern Illinois University. He has served on the School of Accountancy Advisory Board at Southern Illinois University since 1988.
