Mary Ann Scully
Description Ms. Scully, 58, has served as a director and as the Board Chairperson, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer of the Company since its formation in 2005 and has served as a director and as the Board Chairperson, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Howard Bank since 2004. Ms. Scully is also an organizing director of Howard Bank and the Chair of the Executive Committee of the boards of directors of both the Company and Howard Bank. Ms. Scully was employed by Allfirst Bank (formerly known as The First National Bank of Maryland and now known as M&T Bank) from 1973 through April 2003. She served as Executive Vice President for Regional Banking from June 2001 through April 2003, Executive Vice President for Community Banking from January 2000 through June 2001, Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning from 1998 to 2000, Senior Vice President for Mergers and Acquisitions from 1996 to 1998, and Senior Vice President of International Banking from 1984 to 1996. Ms. Scully has been a Howard County resident since 1995. She is the Chair of the Columbia Foundation and the vice chair of the Maryland Bankers Association. She also serves on the boards of the Horizon Foundation, Howard County General Hospital and Catholic Charities. Ms. Scully was formerly a trustee and served on the Finance Committee and the Capital Campaign Council of the Howard Community College Foundation Board as a trustee of the United way of Central Maryland and as an advisory board member of the Sellinger School of Business.
