Description Mary Jo Rogers (47) has been employed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank and the Company since February 1997. Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Rogers was a vice president and auditor for the First National Bank in Griffin, Georgia from May 1988 until February 1997. Ms. Rogers has served as President of the Griffin Area Georgia Tech Alumni Club, a non-profit organization, since 1997.
