Description Ms. Herringer serves as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Ms. Herringer is an attorney-at-law and held various executive positions with APL Limited, an international provider of transportation and logistics services, from 1991 to 1997, serving most recently as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
