Matthew Colbert
Description Mr. Colbert has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since December 2007. Mr. Colbert was appointed as Secretary/Treasurer of the Company on December 16, 2009. Mr. Colbert has over eleven years of experience in public and corporate accounting. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington. Before being appointed CFO, Mr. Colbert had been the Controller of the Company since August 2007. Most recently, Mr. Colbert Served as Chief Financial Officer and President of Lifestream Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded company. Lifestream Technologies, Inc. was a leading supplier of cholesterol monitors. Mr. Colbert also served on Lifestream?s Board of Directors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Colbert served as a Business Assurance Associate in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm.
