Matthew Diamond
Description Matthew C. Diamond founded Alloy together with Mr. Johnson in January 1996, and served as the Director of Marketing and Planning until January 1999. He has served as one of our directors since July 1996, was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 1999 and was elected Chairman of the Board in April 1999. Mr. Diamond received his B.A. in International Studies and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 and his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1996.
