Description Matthew T. Medeiros, age 53, has been our Director since 2005. Mr. Medeiros has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of SonicWALL, a global Internet security company, since March 2003. From 1998 to December 2002, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Philips Components, a division of Royal Philips Electronics, a consumer electronics company. Mr. Medeiros served as Chairman of the Board of LG.Philips LCD, a liquid crystal display joint venture, from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Medeiros was selected by the Nominating & Governance Committee due to his management abilities and leadership experience with public companies outside the real estate sector.
