Matthew Middendorf
Description Matthew R. Middendorf, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, joined the Company in February 2008 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Middendorf previously served as a consultant to the Company, providing day-to-day financial and accounting support to the Interim CFO and working on special projects for the CEO. He has responsibility for internal and external reporting, planning and analysis, and corporate and business unit accounting. Mr. Middendorf formerly served as the Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting for Workstream, Inc., a publicly-traded software company. He worked in public accounting for more than a decade, most recently with Grant Thornton in its Seattle office; and, has significant experience working with mid-size companies in the technology, healthcare and banking industries.
