Matthew Oakes
Description Matthew Oakes was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer on March 18, 2009. Prior thereto he held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2006, and Executive Vice President-Client Services since November of 2002. Prior to his joining the Company, Mr. Oakes served for three years as the Operations Officer for Direct Media Networks a New York based e-commerce and technology company. He held executive positions in Westinghouse Communities Inc. including 'Managing Director of Operations' for the Pelican Bay Community in Naples, Florida. Mr. Oakes received a JD degree from Nova Southeastern University and holds an MBA in finance. He is a 1993 graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Business from Cornell University.
