Description Mr. Rose, 49, has served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, Fort Worth, Texas since March 2002. He is also the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company's subsidiary, BNSF Railway Company. Previously, President and Chief Executive Officer of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation from December 2000 to March 2002; and President and Chief Operating Officer from June 1999 to December 2000.
