Matthew Small
Description Matthew Small has served as chief business officer and chief legal officer since May 2008 and secretary since February 2004. Mr. Small served as chief legal officer from January 2006 to May 2008, and as senior vice president for legal and general counsel from January 2004 to January 2006, corporate counsel from September 2002 to January 2004 and assistant secretary from November 2002 to February 2004. Prior to joining us, from September 1999 to September 2002, Mr. Small was an associate at the law firm of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP. Mr. Small received a B.A. degree from the University of Denver, a M.B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut Law School.
