Matthew Wayrynen
Description Mr. Wayrynen was appointed to the Board of Directors on April 30, 2008. Mr. Wayrynen is a citizen of Canada. He also serves as a director of Quinto Technology (since 2002), as a director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines, Ltd. (since 2004) and as CEO of Berkley Resources, Inc. (since 2003). Prior to these positions Mr. Wayrynen was a broker with Golden Capital Securities, located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
