Description John O. Parker, Jr., 65, was elected a director of Express Scripts in July 2001. Mr. Parker brings extensive corporate finance and management experiences to the board of directors, having served as a Venture Partner with Rho Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm, since January 2002. Mr. Parker has also served as chief information officer of several public companies including SmithKline Beecham, Sea-land Corporation, Squibb Corporation and Baxter Healthcare. He is currently serving as a member of the boards of directors of PHT Corporation and Medical Present Value, Inc., both privately held companies.
