Mauro Molchansky
Description Mr. Molchansky was born on September 11, 1950 and has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 24, 2001. He was Executive Officer of Globo Comunicacoes e Participacoes S.A. - Globopar from August 1994 to March 2002. Before joining Globo Comunicacoes e Participacoes S.A.- Globopar in 1994, he was Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of Aracruz Celulose S.A. Under Mr. Molchansky's leadership, Aracruz Celulose S.A. was the first Brazilian company to issue American Depositary Shares (level 3) listed and traded on the NYSE, in 1992.
