Description Mr. Fern?ndez has been a director of Edenor since 2007 and has served as a director of EASA since 2005. He has been an associate at Impsat Fiber Network since 1998, and currently serves as president of Red Alternative S.A. Mr. Fern?ndez served as the chairperson of Alternative Gratis S.A, which he founded along with IRSA, until its merger in 2005. Since 1991, he has worked as an independent contractor in the telecommunications industry, and, together with Mart?n Varsavsky, founded, and until 1995 directed, VIATEL S.R.L. Each of the companies mentioned is a telecommunications company. Mr. Fern?ndez is an industrial engineer and graduate of La Universidad de Buenos Aires.
