Description Maxwell S. Rule is Chief Financial Officer of Hames Corporation, Triple C Ventures, Inc. and Clearwater Bay Corporations, companies with which he has been affiliated since 1993. Prior to that, he served as accounting manager for the City of Ketchikan, Alaska and audit senior with a regional public accounting firm. Mr. Rule is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Public Accountants.
