May Wu
Description May Wu has served as our chief financial officer since July 2006. She served as our senior vice president of finance from March 2006 to June 2006. Prior to joining Home Inns, Ms. Wu was a first vice president at Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. from January 2005 to March 2006, and a vice president from January 2003 to December 2004. She was responsible for investment research and management for various funds, specializing in consumer and services sectors. From 1998 to 2002, Ms. Wu was an equity research analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management where she also served as a vice president from 2000 to 2002. She has served as an independent director and chairwoman of the audit committee of E-House (China) Holdings Limited, a leading real estate service company based in China and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, since August 2008. Ms. Wu holds a bachelor's degree from Fudan University in China, a master's degree from Brooklyn College at the City University of New York and an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Effective April 22, 2010, Ms. Wu will serve as our chief strategy officer and cease to be our chief financial officer.
