Description MEL G. RIGGS, age 55, is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, having served in such capacities since September 1991. Mr. Riggs has served as a director of the Company since May 1994. Since July 2009, Mr. Riggs has also served as a director of TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd, a publicly owned company engaged internationally in the acquisition, development, exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas.
