Description Melissa Goldman-Williams has been a Director of the Company since October 22, 2004. Mrs. Goldman-Williams presently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Associates of New York, Inc., an investment company located in Florida. Previously, Mrs. Goldman-Williams was the Chief Operating Officer of Westye East, an appliance distributor and, until January 1, 2007, was the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Goldman Associates of New York, Inc., when it was an appliance distributor.
