Melvyn Williams
Description Mr. Williams has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2005 and as the Senior Vice President - Finance and Corporate Development since March 2004. From November 2003 through January 2004, Mr. Williams served as Chief Financial Officer of Atlantico Gold, a private Brazilian mining company which held the Amapari gold project. From 2000 to November 2003, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TVX Gold Inc., a gold mining company with five operating mines. Mr. Williams also serves as a director of Andina Minerals, Inc.
