Description Merritt S. Hooper, Since April 2007, Ms. Hooper has served as Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Company. Since 1997, Ms. Hooper has served as Senior Vice President of Ares Management, as Director of Investor Relations/Marketing for all Ares Management funds, and as a senior investment analyst in the Capital Markets Group. From July 2004 to March 2007, Ms. Hooper served as Treasurer of the Company and, from July 2004 to May 2007, as Vice President of Investor Relations of the Company.
