Michael Barnes
Description Michael W. Barnes has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since January 1, 2007. Mr. Barnes served as President, International and Special Markets Division from October 2000 to December 2006. Mr. Barnes served as Executive Vice President from 1995 until October 2000 and has been a director of the Company since February 1993. Mr. Barnes has extensive leadership experience in managing major divisions within our Company and currently as President and COO. He has substantial knowledge of the Company and our global operations having served in various management roles since joining the Company in 1985 and on our Board since 1993.
