Michael Bennett
Description Mr. Bennett has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Terra Industries Inc., an international producer of nitrogen products headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa, since April 2001. He also serves as Chairman of the Board and President for Terra Nitrogen Company, L.P., a subsidiary of Terra Industries Inc. Terra has entered into a publicly announced merger agreement with CF Industries Holdings, Inc. that may be expected to close in the second quarter of 2010 and it is possible Mr. Bennett may not hold such positions after the closing. Mr. Bennett has served as a Director of IPL and WPL since 2003. Mr. Bennett is Chairperson of the Nominating and Governance Committee, our Lead Independent Director and an audit committee financial expert.
