Michael Cronin
Description Mr. Cronin, age 71, has been a director of EMC since May 1990. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Cognition Corporation, an engineering knowledge management company, from 1993 to the present. Mr. Cronin is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cognition Corporation. From June 1984 to September 1990, he was Chief Executive Officer and President of Automatix, Inc., an industrial vision and robotics systems manufacturer.
