Michael Cunningham
Description Michael J. Cunningham was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2004 after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2000 to March 2004. He previously served as Chairman and Co-Founder of Compass International Services Corporation from 1997 to 1999. He also held various senior executive positions for American Express Company from 1984 to 1997, including Vice President Operations and Vice President Finance. Mr. Cunningham is a Certified Public Accountant. Effective February 12, 2010, Michael J. Cunningham would be promoted to the position of President and Chief Financial Officer.
