Description Mr. Davis was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company in March 2003 subsequent to his acquisition of $1,250,000 of subordinated convertible debentures of the Company in September 2002. Mr. Davis is a Principal at Ebb and Flow Ventures, a private equity firm; President of Skywords Family Foundation and a Director of Canobie Films, Inc. Mr. Davis attended Harvard University. His current beneficial ownership of the Company?s outstanding common stock is 17.6%.
