DeGroote has been the President of Westbury International Corporation, a full-service real estate development company specializing in commercial/industrial land, residential development and property management, since 1991. He is the son of the non-executive Chairman of our Board, Michael G. DeGroote and is the brother of Gary W. DeGroote, another director.
