Description Mr. Dell currently serves as Dell?s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He has held the title of Chairman of the Board since he founded the Company in 1984. Mr. Dell served as Chief Executive Officer of Dell from 1984 until July 2004 and resumed that role in January 2007. He serves on the foundation board of the World Economic Forum, serves on the executive committee of the International Business Council, and is a member of the U.S. Business Council.
