Description Mr. Devine is an Attorney at Law and was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Sun Community Bancorp Limited, which was merged with and into Capitol. Mr. Devine is 68 years of age, has served as a Director of Capitol since 2002 and has regularly served as a Director and/or Chairman of several of Capitol's bank affiliates.
