Michael Eagle
Description Mr. Eagle has served as our director since 2006. Mr. Eagle serves on the board of directors of Xtent, Inc. and Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, both publicly traded companies and a member of the board of Cardio Polymers, Inc. (formerly Symphony Medical), a privately-held company. Mr. Eagle is a Founding Member of Barnard Life Sciences, LLC. Mr. Eagle served as Vice President of Manufacturing for Eli Lilly and Company from 1994 through 2001 and held a number of executive management positions with Eli Lilly and its subsidiaries throughout his career there. Mr. Eagle has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. He serves on the board of trustees of La Jolla Playhouse, on the Dean's Senior Advisory Council of the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and on the board of directors of the Futures for Children.
