Michael Fitt
Description Michael G. Fitt, age 78, has served as a director of DST since September 1995. Mr. Fitt was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of GE Employers Reinsurance Corporation, a reinsurance company, from 1980 through 1992 and its President from 1979 through October 1991. He retired from GE Employers in 1992. Mr. Fitt's role as a Presiding Director is to lead private sessions of our Board at which management is not present and to receive communications from stockholders.
