Michael Fraizer
Description Mr. Fraizer has been our Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since the completion of our initial public offering (?IPO?) in May 2004. Prior to our IPO, he had served as a Vice President of General Electric Company (?GE?) since December 1995 and a Senior Vice President of GE since June 2000. Mr. Fraizer was Chairman of the Board of GE Financial Assurance Holdings, Inc. (?GEFAHI?) from November 1996 to May 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of GEFAHI from April 1997 to May 2004. Prior to 1997, Mr. Fraizer served in various senior capacities at GE, including management roles at GE Capital Commercial Real Estate, GE Japan, GE Corporate Business Development and GE Corporate Audit Staff. Mr. Fraizer serves on the boards of the American Council of Life Insurers, the Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation and the Richmond Performing Arts CenterStage. Mr. Fraizer received a B.A. in Political Science from Carleton College. Qualifications: Mr. Fraizer brings insight into all aspects of our business, due to both his current role and his history with the company. Mr. Fraizer?s leadership, together with his industry knowledge and skills, has been instrumental in the formation and growth of our company.
