The assets of this company were acquired by Westye East, on January 1, 2007 and it is now an investment company located in Florida. Mr. Goldman continues to serve as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Goldman Associates of New York, Inc. Mr. Goldman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College and an M.B.A. in Management from Syracuse University.
