Mr. Andrews served in various capacities within Pitney Bowes Inc., including serving as Director, Finance-Latin America and US Dealer Channels and Director of Compliance and Controls-Finance Shared Services. During 2004, Mr. Andrews was engaged as a consultant. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Andrews served as a principal at a residential construction and development company.
