Michael Horn
Description Michael F. Horn, Sr., Age 73, has been a member of the Board since December 2007, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Strategy and Risk Committee since January 2008. Mr. Horn became Chairman of the Audit Committee in June 2008. Since January 2004, Mr. Horn has served as an auditor and consultant for various private and publicly held companies.
