Michael Kanovsky
Description Mr. Kanovsky, age 61, is President of Sky Energy Corporation. From 1982 to 1998 he served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian-based Northstar Energy Corporation which was acquired by Devon in 1998. Mr. Kanovsky currently serves as a director of Argosy Energy Inc., ARC Resources Ltd., Bonavista Petroleum Ltd., Pure Technologies Ltd. and TransAlta Corporation. Mr. Kanovsky, a professional engineer, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Queen?s University (Kingston, ON) as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (London, ON).
