Description Michael E. Kent is the Chairman of the Boards of the Company and the Bank and is a private investor. Before his retirement in January 1996, Mr. Kent was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Modernfold, Inc. He was past President and is currently an Advisory Director of the Alumni Board of the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois.
